The working hours for our VAs are flexible and can be tailored to suit your specific needs and preferences. You have the freedom to decide when you want your VA to work, and they will use a time tracker to accurately record their hours.
If your VA runs out of hours and requires additional time to complete tasks, they can request an hour extension. Upon your approval, they will submit a screenshot of the approval to our HR department. Each hour extension will incur an additional charge of $14/hr.
You and your VA will have the freedom to choose the communication platform that best suits your needs. This could include email, WhatsApp, Slack, or any other preferred method.
Both you and your VA have the freedom to use your preferred security measures, such as LastPass, to ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
We accept payments via PayPal, and other methods such as Transferwise and Payoneer are also available upon request. An invoice will be sent to you before your VA begins working, and payment is required upfront as a retainer fee. Subsequent invoices will cover 15 days of work and will be sent every 15 days from the start date.
All our VAs undergo thorough background checks, including the submission of government documents and IDs, to ensure their legitimacy and reliability. Additionally, constant training is provided to our VAs to enhance their skills and capabilities.
